HB型全自动热收缩膜包装机有以下特点：

1、主机采用工业电脑PLC或CPU控制，变频调速，运转平稳，自动化程度高。

2、采用数字智能型双显温控仪，使封口温度合适，包装物封口美观，产品合格率高。

3、本机使用卷膜，自动完成制袋-----充填----封口----切断全部过程，比制袋后手工充填然后使用封口机封口可以节省许多人工和费用，产品更卫生，而且包装速度有较大提高。

4、该机配有薄膜废边缠绕收集装置，切下的余料缠绕成筒状，以便于回收。包装物纵封、横封封口收缩后为三条线，成H型。

5、HB型全自动热收缩膜包装机外形尺寸：长5.12M、宽1.2M、高1.6M。

6、该机与HW-2400热收缩炉配套使用，可使产品包装速度快，每分钟可达100包以上。

HW-2400型热收缩炉有以下特点：

1、炉体加热区域中间有夹层，内部充填保温材料，可有效节约能源。

2、整个颅腔分前后两个温区，分别控制温度。

3、采用热风强制循环加热，上下左右加热均匀。

4、适合于POF、OPP、PVC等多种包装材料的收缩，收缩后效果美观、均匀，可收缩包装物的最大尺寸为：宽200mm，高120mm。

5、HW-2400型热收缩炉总功率16.1KW，其中热功率15KW,电机功率1.11KW。

6、外形尺寸：长2.41M，宽0.6M，高1.6M.
