（1）地面整修：清洁处理地面，除尘除污，找平基层，打磨地面。
（2）防水底油涂布：确认底材已找平，并达含水率≤8%可施工程度时，用刷子或滚筒施工高渗透型防水底漆（BSF0401），以使起到加强基础及同面层粘结的能力，起到防水加强及增强粘结的作用。
